To preserve drinking water, add 1 ml of Elsil to 10 liters of water.
To treat water of questionable quality, add 5 ml of Elsil to 10 liters of water and wait 30 minutes before drinking.
To disinfect a tank, use 1.5 ml of Elsil per liter, contacting all surfaces of the tank for 12 hours, then empty and rinse.
