Right of withdrawal

La Sportiva snc offers its customers the possibility of exercising the right of withdrawal. If the customer is not satisfied with the goods received, he/she can return them and will be reimbursed as provided for by the current legislation (Legislative Decree no. 185/99 - Legislative Decree no. 206/2005) which establishes a deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal quantified as 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods.

The customer will be required to return the purchased products in perfect condition and in their original packaging and to pay the return costs (and also the outward journey if the goods have free shipping).

In the event that the equipment has been installed, mounted or assembled, the customer will not be able to exercise the unconditional right of withdrawal as these operations alter the condition of the goods and the packaging causing them to lose their "new and resalable" characteristics. In this case, upon return of the product to the seller, an evaluation of the same will be carried out in order to estimate its real value. Taking advantage of this guarantee is simple:

Send written and signed communication by certified e-mail to the address

or A.R.. The communication must indicate the personal data, the name of the product purchased and the bank details (name of the bank, name of the agency, IBAN code) on which the customer wishes to receive the credit of the amount paid for the purchase of the returned goods;

Send the goods to be returned by postal parcel or by courier placing them in the original packaging in order to guarantee their integrity during transport (including any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc.).

WE REMIND YOU THAT THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE RETURN OF THE GOODS ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PURCHASER WHO INTENDS TO USE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL.

La Sportiva snc will make the transfer within 20 days. from receipt of the goods, after checking the complete integrity of the contents and the original packaging complete with instruction manuals, as received.

The Customer will receive the amount paid for the purchase of the goods from which, if the collection of the package is made by a courier appointed by us, the shipping cost will be deducted, which will vary based on the product. If the goods were sold with free or flat-rate transport, the shipping cost will be recovered and therefore both the costs incurred for shipping and those for collection will be deducted from the refunded amount.
