Right of withdrawal

How do I return shipment in La Sportiva?

1. Within 30 working days from receipt of goods, La Sportiva will be credited to the customer the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the bill.

The actual shipping costs incurred by La Sportiva SNC will be deducted from this amount.

Warnings

La Sportiva reserves as of now not to accept shipments of parts or products that:

- Do not contain packaging, accessories and manuals;

- Have been carried out without activating the intervention request to Customer Service La Sportiva

- Have been made without following the sending mode specified by Customer Service La Sportiva

In such cases the transport costs related to the return will be borne by the cliente.Rif. Art.15 Decree 185 of 22/05/99.
