This pizza stone is ideal for use on the Carri Chef and Citi Chef 50, but can also be used on other gas and electric barbecues and in electric ovens.

The 12mm thick pizza stone has a heat distributor for optimum performance (in the oven) and can withstand temperatures up to 300°C.

The stone is made from heat resistant cordierite, which draws moisture out of the mix. The result: a tasty crunchy pizza crust!

In addition to baking pizzas, you can also bake excellent bread, focaccia or croissants on this pizza stone.

Includes a handy case.

TIP: Simply clean the pizza stone with a dry cloth and do not use detergents and water.
