Mercury Avator 7.5 electric motor

The Mercury® Avator™ 7.5e electric outboard offers speed and acceleration performance similar to a 3.5 hp internal combustion outboard, making it ideal for a variety of small boats, tenders and as secondary power on sailboats. Available in versions with guide bar and remote control, it features a quick-attach battery and intuitive controls that simplify preparation and operation as much as possible. Furthermore, you will be able to navigate in complete safety, thanks to the advanced displays and other technologies that monitor the battery level and autonomy.

Quick-connect battery

The 1 kWh lithium-ion battery has no cables to connect. It must be inserted in its housing under the cover of the upper grille, reducing the overall dimensions on board. Need to go even further? No problem. You can carry a spare battery with you, which takes just a few seconds to replace.

Multifunction guide bar

The Avator tiller was designed to allow anyone to operate the rudder safely. It can be adjusted longitudinally and laterally, to guarantee maximum maneuverability from any position and with both hands. Furthermore, it folds into a practical carrying handle.

Digital commands

For console-equipped boats, Digital Power & Shift remote controls ensure immediate, hesitation-free response. The controls are available in three configurations for installation on a wide range of vessels with central or side console positions.

Autonomy and operating time

Based on testing on a 4 meter Veer™ V13 vessel (dry weight: approximately 173 kg), with a fully charged 1 kWh battery the Avator 7.5e electric outboard provides 60 minutes or 5 miles of battery life when operated continuously at full throttle, and up to 19 hours or 34 miles when held consistently at 25% of maximum rpm. Battery life and operating time may vary. Environmental conditions, type of vessel and load can influence performance.

Thanks to its extremely smooth and silent operation, a Mercury Avator electric outboard will take you wherever you want without disturbing your conversations on board. The 7.5e outboard is four times quieter for the operator than a 3.5 hp four-stroke outboard at full throttle.
