Opening of the shells - The opening of the shells occurs automatically with 2 gas springs perfectly housed, sized and responding to the most diverse and extreme environmental temperatures that can be encountered.

Fabrics - The Columbus rooftop tent series uses Airtex®, a high-end fabric produced in Germany. It is a highly waterproof fabric with a degree of water vapor transmission equal to 440 g/m2724 hrs.

Ventilated roof - The ventilated attic in the attic of a prestigious home is the element that inspired the staff to create this project. Columbus has an internal false ceiling which, thanks to the air cushion obtained, guarantees superior thermal and acoustic insulation for a healthier and quieter environment in case of rain.

Airtex fabric: Airtex® is a fabric with extraordinary tear resistance despite having a weight of 200 g/m2. It is light and takes up little space, it is absolutely not plasticized and offers a degree of water vapor transmission equal to 440 g/m2/24 h.

Heat, internal humidity and condensation escape from the tent naturally: 24 hours a day. A precious and indispensable fabric for the Autohome® company, which has used it since 1980 despite being the most expensive.
